Aramenta Cellars 2006 & 2007 (Please Specify) Cellars Chardonnay
A Unique blend of two vineyards creating an Oregon/Washington blend. Our method is to combine a Mendoza clone (developed by UC Davis for the Mendoza region in Argentina) grown in Salem, Oregon and blended 50/50 with a Chardonnay from a vineyard in White Salmon Washington. This wine is fermented 10 months in neutral oak, producing a lighter and crisper blend than your traditional Chardonnays.
